How you will make an impact:

We are seeking a versatile Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You’ll be the first hire under the Enterprise Application Management department within the IT organization. You won't just be documenting requirements; you will be evaluating business processes through a data-driven lens andworking with expert IT developers and administrators to drive to ensure our application portfolio operations are lean and scalable. The ideal candidate understands that while AI and automation are powerful, they require expert management and human-centric design to deliver true value. How you will make a difference:

  • You will help manage and rationalize our company application portfolio, ensuring  IT has a better understanding of the portfolio at large. 
  • You'll have visibility into the technical vetting process for all incoming applications, helping us ensure that every addition to the Iterable portfolio is both purposeful and strategically sound. 
  • You will work with business unit technology leaders to develop capability mapping that helps us understand how our technology portfolio can better support business operations
  • You will support Iterable’s vendor renewal and new vendor processes by representing IT from initial vendor selection to contract approval. 

We are looking for people who have:

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in enterprise application portfolio management in a SaaS-heavy environment.
  • Expertise in vendor lifecycle governance, ensuring seamless onboarding and secure, decommissioning of applications. 
  • Proven ability to drive software rationalization and capability mapping efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving, growing environment
