This is a high-impact, senior-level analytics role operating at the intersection of product strategy, decision science, and business performance.
You will act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and business leadership, shaping key decisions through deep analytical insight.
The work focuses on complex trade-offs such as pricing, conversion, risk, and profitability across financial products.
Rather than simply answering questions, you will help define the right problems to solve and how to solve them.
Your insights will directly influence product direction, roadmap prioritization, and company-wide decision frameworks.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to shape product strategy through data-driven insights and decision frameworks, translating complex business challenges into structured analytical approaches.
  • Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, from problem definition and modeling to recommendations and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and apply analytical models to optimize trade-offs across pricing, risk, conversion, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments, including A/B testing and pricing/conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Identify product opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and strategic insights from large-scale transactional and behavioral datasets.
  • Present executive-ready insights and recommendations that influence roadmap decisions and strategic priorities.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong experience in product analytics, decision science, or data science within a product-driven or fintech environment.
    • Advanced SQL skills and strong ability to work with large-scale transactional or product datasets.
    • Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, experimentation, modeling, or data exploration.
    • Experience designing experiments and building analytical frameworks that support product and business decisions.
    • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior Product and Engineering leaders.
    • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
