This is a high-impact analytics role at the intersection of business strategy, data engineering, and executive decision support. You will act as a key analytical partner to senior stakeholders across commercial and product functions, helping transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly shape business performance and strategy. The role blends deep technical SQL and data modeling work with high-visibility storytelling for leadership teams, including C-suite audiences. You will build and maintain scalable reporting systems, define performance frameworks, and drive forecasting accuracy across core business lines. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will play a central role in improving operational efficiency and enabling smarter decision-making at scale. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a strategic analytics partner to business and executive stakeholders, delivering insights that inform decision-making across key commercial and operational areas.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis, including trend identification, statistical testing, forecasting, and predictive modeling to uncover performance drivers.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and automated reporting systems for leadership visibility.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries using advanced functions (CTEs, joins, window functions) to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
  • Design and maintain data models, ETL/ELT workflows, and data warehouse structures to ensure scalable and reliable analytics infrastructure.
  • Lead executive reporting cycles, including QBR preparation, and translate analytical outputs into clear business narratives for senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally to define data requirements, improve data quality, and support strategic initiatives through actionable insights.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business/Data Analyst role within a data-driven organization.
    • Advanced SQL skills, including experience with complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
    • Strong experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, Redshift, and Databricks.
    • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting techniques, and data modeling methodologies.
    • Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and familiarity with data warehouse architecture and best practices.
    • Proven ability to connect business metrics to operational outcomes and identify key performance drivers.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights to executive-level audiences.
    • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) as part of an analytical workflow, including validation and interpretation of outputs.
