AI Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Business Analyst based in France.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, process transformation, and applied artificial intelligence, focusing on identifying and delivering high-impact AI use cases that generate measurable business value. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into structured AI-driven solutions, ensuring clear ROI and execution feasibility. The position involves leading discovery workshops, mapping end-to-end business processes, and shaping solution requirements that guide both technical and product teams. You will also play a key role in rapid prototyping, using modern AI tools and low-code platforms to validate ideas quickly. Operating in a highly collaborative and client-facing environment, you will bridge the gap between business and technology while ensuring alignment with regulatory and governance standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into structured, value-driven AI solutions.

In this role, you will lead the identification, design, and validation of AI-driven opportunities while ensuring business alignment, measurable outcomes, and effective execution across stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Lead stakeholder workshops to identify, prioritize, and validate high-value AI use cases with clear business impact
• Develop structured business cases, including ROI modeling, success metrics, and feasibility assessments for AI solutions
• Map and analyze existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing improved AI-enabled workflows
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for implementation teams
• Build rapid prototypes using no-code/low-code tools and LLM-based frameworks to test and refine solution concepts
• Support AI governance and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards in financial and enterprise environments
• Facilitate ongoing stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between business expectations, delivery progress, and value realization

Requirements

This role requires a strong blend of business analysis expertise, AI fluency, and consulting capability, with the ability to operate in complex, regulated environments and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or digital transformation roles
• Hands-on experience working with generative AI tools, LLM frameworks, or AI orchestration platforms such as LangChain or AutoGen
• Proven ability to run stakeholder workshops, gather requirements, and build consensus across business and technical teams
• Strong experience in process mapping, workflow design, and business case development with ROI-driven thinking
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms for rapid prototyping and solution validation
• Understanding of AI governance, model validation, and regulatory considerations in financial services or similar environments
• Experience working with structured data concepts such as ontologies, knowledge graphs, or enterprise data models is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights
