We are seeking an Analyst to partner closely with our Operations team on understanding and optimizing daily decisions around demand and fulfillment. This role will partner closely with Demand Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, Supply Chain and Finance to provide the analytical backbone for S&OP processes, demand planning and inventory decisions, and logistics optimization.
Serve as the primary analytics partner for the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand velocity analysis, placed vs. fulfilled quantity comparisons, and demand acceleration/deceleration signals.
Analyze logistics data to identify cost drivers and service trade-offs. Use structured problem-solving and quantitative analysis to recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and performance.
Investigate shipping delays, customs issues, and inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and deliver actionable recommendations
Build, maintain, and ensure accurate, reliable data and trusted metric definitions within our semantic layer and scalable solutions that enable stakeholders to confidently self-serve insights.
Manage multiple priorities with limited oversight, proactively communicating risks and timelines. Represent Analytics on cross-functional logistics initiatives and measure both qualitative and quantitative impact.
2+ years of experience in an analytical role with demonstrated ownership of metrics or data-driven initiatives
Demonstrated ability to distill complex datasets into clear and actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Hex, or similar). Familiarity with modern data warehouses and analytics workflows (e.g., Snowflake, dbt) is a plus.
High intellectual curiosity and a self-starting mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
