You will take ownership of end-to-end client delivery, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end analytics delivery for assigned client accounts, ensuring reporting solutions align with business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Design, build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance SQL queries to support analysis, reporting, investigations, and data validation activities.
  • Create and maintain data transformation workflows, leveraging data modeling best practices and tools such as dbt.
  • Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within marketing data and proactively provide recommendations to improve performance.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, documentation, and overall productivity.
  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on marketing analytics and marketing data ecosystems.
    • Advanced expertise in at least one major BI platform, such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, with the ability to work across multiple reporting environments.
    • Strong SQL skills with experience building, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
    • Experience with data modeling methodologies and transformation tools, preferably dbt.
    • Advanced understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance measurement principles.
    • Hands-on experience using Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to work directly with clients, communicate technical concepts clearly, and deliver business-focused insights.
    • Experience performing QA/UAT testing and validating large-scale data sets.
    • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to integrate them into daily analytical workflows.
    • Experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing data sources, or agency environments is considered an advantage.
