This role is focused on transforming digital behavioral data into actionable insights that directly improve user experience, conversion, and overall journey performance. The analyst will work across web, product, and marketing ecosystems to deliver end-to-end visibility of the customer funnel, from acquisition to conversion and downstream outcomes. By combining analytics tools such as GA4, behavioral platforms, and CRM data, the role ensures a unified understanding of user behavior and performance. This is a highly cross-functional position, partnering with UX, marketing, enrollment, and engineering teams to optimize digital experiences at scale. The environment is data-driven, fast-evolving, and centered on continuous experimentation and improvement. The ideal candidate will thrive in translating complex datasets into clear recommendations that shape product and experience strategy.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end digital analytics across websites, user journeys, campaigns, and product experiences, ensuring full-funnel visibility from acquisition to conversion.
  • Design, implement, and govern tracking frameworks including event tracking, conversion tracking, tagging structures, and data layers across digital properties.
  • Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and drop-off points to identify friction in UX and optimize digital journeys.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that track UX, product, and campaign performance across multiple platforms.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall digital performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment across GA4, behavioral tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Support experimentation, optimization, and AI-enabled analytics initiatives to scale insights and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into prioritized improvements across digital touchpoints.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Data Analytics, or related field.
    • 5–8+ years of experience in digital, web, or product analytics with strong focus on UX, funnels, and performance measurement.
    • Strong hands-on expertise with GA4, including event tracking, funnel analysis, and reporting.
    • Experience with behavioral analytics tools such as FullStory or similar platforms for journey and friction analysis.
    • Proven ability to design and manage tagging frameworks, data layers, and scalable tracking systems.
    • Strong experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and understanding of lead flow, attribution, and data integration.
    • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive optimization and business impact.
    • Strong understanding of digital journey mapping, UX principles, and experience optimization strategies.
    • Excellent cross-functional communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Exposure to AI-driven analytics or automated reporting solutions is a strong plus.
