Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Territory Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Drive growth, penetration, and customer loyalty for aftermarket automotive parts across dealerships and wholesale accounts.
  • Develop and execute regional sales initiatives in alignment with broader commercial strategy and field operations leadership.
  • Manage CRM activities, ensuring accurate tracking of sales performance, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field visits with dealerships, distributors, and wholesale customers to strengthen relationships and drive product adoption.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research activities.
  • Deliver training sessions for dealership staff on product benefits, usage, and sales positioning to increase utilization.
  • Collaborate with dealer parts managers to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of field sales team members to build a high-performing regional organization.
  • Analyze market trends and provide feedback on pricing, incentives, product opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes, training programs, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent execution of customer engagement activities and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, dealership account management, or related commercial roles.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, wholesalers, or independent repair networks.
    • Experience in sales leadership, team coaching, or territory management is strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of automotive parts distribution, aftermarket industry dynamics, and dealer operations.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed business decisions.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a field-based, fast-paced environment.
    • High level of urgency, accountability, and results orientation.
