This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What you’ll do:

Overview:

This role plays a critical part in strengthening HPEFS’s AML/KYC control environment, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance through independent management of KYC processes and risk-based decision making within the Fenergo platform.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end KYC onboarding and review processes
  • Analyse ownership structures and beneficial ownership
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD)
  • Document and justify KYC risk decisions
  • Lead periodic reviews and prioritisation
  • Engage stakeholders to resolve KYC requirements
  • Support process improvements and Fenergo enhancements

Controls & Audit Accountability:

  • Ensure consistent application of risk-based KYC controls
  • Maintain clear and defensible audit trails
  • Support audit reviews and remediation actions
  • Identify and address control weaknesses
  • Contribute to control framework and SOP improvements
  • Track and support closure of audit findings

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–5 years AML/KYC or compliance experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong AML/KYC regulatory understanding
  • Experience with complex corporate structures
  • Analytical and decision-making capability
  • Proficiency in Fenergo or equivalent tools
