• Manages experienced professionals who exercise independent discretion and/or manages a functional area or process that may or may not have direct reports.

10+ years of direct or relevant working experience managing partners and selling software and services solutions through channels
Telematics or Commercial Insurance Auto experience critical, ideal candidate will have experience with or deep knowledge of commercial insurance telematics programs
Excellence in strategic planning, problem-solving, analytics, written and verbal communication to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
High organizational skills and deadline management are a must
Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously
Self-starting and collaborative
Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and across multiple locations
Up to 20% travel
