Business Development Manager, Cisco China Technology Centres

YOUR IMPACT

Lead the planning, delivery, and continuous evolution of Cisco's China Technology Center showcases and executive briefing experiences to support strategic customer engagements and business growth. Partner with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and ecosystem partners to create industry-specific demonstrations and solution narratives that align technology capabilities with customer business priorities. Develop customer engagement strategies and executive programs that showcase Cisco's innovation portfolio and strengthen relationships with senior business and technology leaders. Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure showcase content remains relevant, differentiated, and aligned with market trends and customer needs. Measure engagement outcomes and business impact to continuously improve customer experiences and support pipeline development, account growth, and digital transformation initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, technology sales, solution consulting, customer engagement, or a related customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering executive presentations, customer briefings, workshops, or technology demonstrations.
  • Experience working with enterprise technology solutions, including networking, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration, or digital transformation technologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across sales, technical, and marketing organizations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience operating executive briefing centers, customer experience centers, innovation hubs, or technology showcase environments.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level audiences.
  • Knowledge of key industries in China, including manufacturing, financial services, transportation, government, healthcare, or telecommunications.
  • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships within a technology ecosystem.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
