As a Strategic Partner Development Associate, you will be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team within the Global Partnerships Sellside. You will work closely with some of the largest and most strategic apps developers and partners in the market. You will have a opportunity to collaborate with Google’s Product and Go-to-Market teams to ensure we build and deploy industry-leading solutions, as strategic partner managers are innovators, encouraged to think big and collaborate with teammates to explore new solutions that meet the evolving needs of Google’s partners.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $89500 - $128000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
- Experience in the consumer electronics, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in conducting market research and evaluating business proposals with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, strategy, and legal teams.
- Experience with online advertising or ad business generation solutions (e.g., Google Ad manager, AdSense, AdMob) or knowledge of the programmatic advertising space.
- Ability to identify and assess potential business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
