Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $108000 - $155000 (USD) + 40% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) or lead generation business models.
- Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
- Excellent thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.
