This role sits at the center of high-impact corporate event sales, where strategy, creativity, and consultative selling come together to shape memorable live experiences for leading organizations. You will manage a steady flow of inbound opportunities, guiding clients from initial inquiry through to fully developed event production solutions.
Working with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, you will help translate client visions into technically executed events spanning meetings, conferences, and large-scale productions.
The role requires a balance of speed and precision, as you will handle multiple opportunities daily while maintaining deep attention to detail and client experience.
You will act as a trusted advisor, recommending AV, staging, creative, and production solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

Accountabilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound sales opportunities (web, phone, chat), typically handling multiple new leads daily.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial qualification through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Deliver consultative sales experiences by advising clients on event production, AV, staging, and creative solutions aligned to their needs.
- Conduct client meetings (primarily via Zoom), presenting tailored event concepts and guiding stakeholders through the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and account expansion.
- Collaborate with internal production, creative, and technical teams to design and deliver accurate, compelling event solutions.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using CRM systems.
- Identify high-value accounts with potential for significant long-term revenue growth.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally within event production, AV services, experiential marketing, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume inbound or hybrid sales pipeline.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate client needs into technical and creative event solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in virtual client environments.
- Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships with corporate and enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple concurrent opportunities effectively.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as NetSuite or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, plus commission and performance bonuses.
