This is a high-impact, customer-facing technical role at the intersection of sales, engineering, and IT operations.
You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them understand and realize value from advanced IT monitoring and AIOps solutions.
The role involves working closely with Account Executives to drive complex sales cycles from discovery through Proof of Value.
You will translate sophisticated technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for both technical and executive stakeholders.
A key part of your mission is to demonstrate product differentiation through demos, workshops, and real-world use cases.
You will operate in a fast-paced, consultative environment where technical depth, communication, and creativity directly influence deal success.

Accountabilities:
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to both technical and executive audiences.
- Lead Proof of Value engagements to validate product fit and demonstrate measurable business and technical outcomes.
- Translate complex IT monitoring, cloud, and infrastructure capabilities into clear value propositions aligned with customer needs.
- Respond to RFPs, technical documentation requests, and competitive positioning materials throughout the sales process.
- Provide subject matter expertise across IT operations, network monitoring, cloud services, and observability solutions.
- Support events such as trade shows, customer briefings, and industry conferences as a technical representative.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and influence solution improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Application Performance Management (APM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
- Hands-on understanding of infrastructure technologies such as UNIX, TCP/IP, SNMP, Syslog, and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience working with modern cloud and distributed environments, including hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and customer engagement skills in high-stakes sales cycles.
- Ability to travel and engage directly with customers during critical stages of the sales process.
- Experience in scripting or automation technologies (Python, JSON/XML, Kubernetes, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Background in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments is an advantage.
