As a Region Pre-Sales – Cordant, you will be responsible for driving technical pre-sales engagement, developing opportunity pipelines, and supporting customers with digital and reliability solutions across your region. You will partner closely with sales teams, channel partners, and global product lines to identify customer needs, influence technical solutions, and successfully close strategic opportunities.
As Region Pre-Sales – Cordant, you will be responsible for:
Providing pre-sales technical support to customers and regional sales teams to develop and close opportunities.
Collaborating with sales teams and channel partners to formulate winning strategies for key opportunities (Must Win Opportunities).
Developing and managing opportunity pipelines to achieve country/regional growth targets.
Identifying customer requirements for machine protection and condition monitoring, and guiding appropriate solution development.
Influencing customer specifications and RFQs to align with Cordant Solutions technologies.
Leading strategic initiatives to drive adoption of new digital and reliability products.
Supporting marketing activities such as technology days, webinars, and customer presentations.
Acting as a recognized technical expert in Cordant Solutions and Baker Hughes digital applications.
Working closely with the global product teams to provide Voice of Customer (VoC) insights for product enhancements.
Contributing to development of best practices, application guides, and industry-specific documentation.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Have 10+ years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance, vibration analysis, or condition monitoring.
Possess strong knowledge of rotating machinery functionality, asset condition monitoring systems.
Hold ISO18436 Vibration Category II certification or higher. (preferred)
Demonstrate experience in industrial asset management or APM implementations (preferred).
Be fluent in Indonesia Bahasa and English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical influencing capabilities.
Be proficient in MS Office and possess solid computer/networking skills.
Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Have experience working in multicultural and global environments (preferred).
