Facilitator Data analytics & Data science

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Facilitator – Data Analytics & Data Science based in India.

In this role, you will play a central part in shaping high-quality learning experiences for students pursuing Data Analytics programs in a dynamic, remote learning environment. You will deliver live instructional sessions, provide on-demand academic support, and create clear video-based explanations that simplify complex analytical concepts. The position combines teaching, mentorship, and quality assurance responsibilities, ensuring learners receive accurate, engaging, and structured guidance. You will collaborate closely with academic teams and fellow experts to continuously improve curriculum delivery and instructional standards. A key aspect of the role involves identifying learner gaps, supporting engagement initiatives, and enhancing overall educational outcomes. This is a highly impactful opportunity for professionals passionate about data, teaching, and making analytics accessible to diverse learners globally.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver live instructional sessions, video tutoring, and on-demand academic support across Data Analytics topics.
  • Review and ensure quality standards of academic content, maintaining high QA scores across all assigned activities.
  • Support learners by explaining complex analytical concepts in a structured, simple, and engaging manner.
  • Conduct interactive Q&A sessions, mentorship activities, and community engagement initiatives to improve learner outcomes.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on mentor-led sessions and externally sourced academic materials.
  • Mentor newly onboarded experts (MNEs), supporting their training, performance, and integration during the initial onboarding period.
  • Identify learner knowledge gaps and escalate insights to academic leads for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to curriculum enhancement by suggesting updates aligned with industry trends and learner needs.
  • Monitor workload distribution and recommend adjustments to ensure effective delivery of academic support.
  • Prepare reports on academic quality, engagement effectiveness, and learner support performance.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, teaching, or related professional/academic roles.
    • Strong hands-on knowledge of analytics workflows including data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
    • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and PostgreSQL.
    • Strong understanding of statistical methods including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and experimental design.
    • Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, structured explanations for beginner and intermediate learners.
    • Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
    • Experience delivering online sessions using tools such as Zoom or similar platforms.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a remote environment.
    • Teaching or EdTech experience is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
    • PhD or ongoing PhD in a relevant field is considered a strong advantage.
    • Willingness to work rotational shifts and adapt to scheduling requirements.
