At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets.Those in business development at PwC will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and expand the Firm's client base. Your work will involve building relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.
Support preparation and execution of Industry leadership business plans and annual planning activities
Coordinate Industry meetings, partnerships, and external engagements, and track follow-up actions
Support alignment and execution across Industry teams, including program tracking against plan and escalation of key issues to the Industry Manager
Support engagement with industry bodies and assist in coordinating collaboration opportunities aligned with industry firm priorities
Maintain pipeline tracking and ensure data completeness and accuracy
Prepare and update performance dashboards and reports
Support proposal, vendor management and pitch development, ensuring quality, compliance, and strong client positioning
Collaborate with Markets Central on campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
Support development of client and sector intelligence materials for senior firm leadership
Maintain Industry knowledge repositories and support internal knowledge sharing
Support priority accounts through pipeline tracking, account planning coordination, and client engagement activities
Job Requirements :
2-4 years’ experience in business development, consulting support, or similar roles (professional services preferred)
Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail in data handling, reporting, and financial analysis
Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations with professionalism
Demonstrated experience supporting pipeline management and proposal development
Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong follow-through.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a matrixed and fast-paced environment
Communicates clearly and effectively, with strong written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders
