What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is seeking a Territory Channel Manager – East Coast to drive growth through our reseller and distribution partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling partners to effectively sell EV charging solutions, expanding market reach and accelerating revenue in the East Cost.
 
You will act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. This is a highly cross-functional role that collaborates with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a consistent partner experience and achieve regional sales targets.
 
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
  • Build and grow a high-performing partner network by identifying and evaluating resellers aligned to business goals
  • Lead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging solutions, value propositions, and sales strategies
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with partners and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Enable partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources to drive revenue
  • Set and track partner performance goals, analyze results, and develop improvement plans
  • Leverage market and competitive insights to identify new opportunities and expand channel presence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and incorporate partner feedback into improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of channel management, partner management, or business development experience
  • Industry experience in EV charging or closely related technologies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Experience working with reseller and distribution channel models
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Strong understanding of EV charging market trends and competitive landscape
Location
Remote -  East Coast

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $112,500 to $172,500. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
