You will act as a key ambassador in the market, helping partners understand the value proposition and translate it into meaningful sales outcomes. You will shape how travel partners engage with the brand, introducing new ways to inspire bookings and elevate customer experiences. Accountabilities

In this role, you will develop and execute partner-focused sales strategies while strengthening long-term relationships and driving commercial growth across your territory:

  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with travel agency partners aligned with the brand’s target customer profile
  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships by positioning the brand as a preferred and high-value travel offering
  • Design and execute creative sales strategies and account plans to exceed revenue and engagement targets
  • Introduce the brand to new and existing partners through events, activations, and immersive product experiences
  • Adapt commercial approaches to partner needs while maintaining alignment with overall sales objectives
  • Solve partner challenges with creative, solutions-oriented thinking to remove barriers to sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and peers to share insights, best practices, and drive collective success
  • Maintain strong operational discipline while ensuring exceptional partner experience and brand representation
  • Requirements

    This role requires strong commercial experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries, along with a creative and relationship-driven sales approach:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in travel or hospitality
    • Strong understanding of the cruise or travel distribution ecosystem and partner sales dynamics
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive environments
    • Ability to build deep, trusted relationships with external partners and stakeholders
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, engaging style
    • Creative mindset with the ability to challenge traditional approaches and design new growth strategies
    • Highly proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
    • Existing relationships within the travel agency ecosystem are a strong advantage
