This role is a high-velocity outbound sales position focused on generating new business opportunities in the retail loss prevention sector. You will be at the forefront of pipeline creation, engaging decision-makers across retail, grocery, and multi-location organizations. The role requires strong discipline, resilience, and the ability to thrive in high-volume outreach environments. You will own the top of the funnel and directly contribute to revenue growth by booking qualified meetings for Account Executives. Working remotely within a fast-scaling international team, you will be exposed to enterprise-level sales cycles and complex stakeholder structures. Success in this role comes from consistency, structured execution, and strong communication skills.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video outreach
  • Identify and research target accounts in retail, grocery, and multi-location sectors
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess fit, needs, and decision-making authority
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with complete context and CRM documentation
  • Maintain accurate and structured CRM records for all activities
  • Gather market intelligence from prospect interactions to refine targeting and messaging
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and positioning
  • Requirements:

    • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Sales (SaaS preferred)
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting quotas
    • Experience handling high-volume cold calling (60+ calls/day)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
    • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar tools)
    • Experience with sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc.)
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills for prioritizing leads
    • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers in complex organizations
    • Experience in retail tech, loss prevention, or US retail markets is a plus
