VP Business Development Health Care

This is a senior enterprise sales leadership role focused on driving new logo acquisition within the healthcare vertical across global customer experience and business process services. You will be responsible for shaping and executing high-impact growth strategies that position advanced CX, digital operations, and analytics capabilities to healthcare organizations. The role requires deep industry expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, translating business challenges into scalable solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment, you will own pipeline development, strategic pursuits, and high-value deal closures. This role plays a key part in expanding market presence and strengthening leadership in healthcare-focused enterprise services.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end new business acquisition efforts within the healthcare enterprise segment, focusing on high-value logo wins and long-term strategic accounts.
  • Develop tailored vertical-specific sales strategies, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and deep healthcare industry understanding.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent progression of opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
  • Lead RFP/RFI development processes, coordinating cross-functional teams to craft compelling, value-driven proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding solution design across CX, digital operations, and analytics capabilities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes while maintaining compliance with internal policies and governance standards.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales or business development within healthcare, CX, or BPO/digital services environments.
    • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
    • Deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory environments, operational challenges, and customer experience priorities.
    • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong strategic thinking, pipeline management, and deal structuring capabilities.
    • Established industry network within healthcare or adjacent enterprise sectors is highly preferred.
    • Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
