Assistant Clinical Project Manager

This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, project coordination, and global medical imaging studies supporting complex clinical trials. You will work closely with senior Clinical Project Managers to ensure studies run smoothly from start-up through close-out across international programs. The position offers strong exposure to oncology-focused imaging trials within a regulated, high-impact environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional scientific, operational, and client teams across multiple geographies. The role is ideal for someone looking to grow into full clinical project management responsibilities. It combines structured operational execution with dynamic problem-solving in a fast-evolving clinical research setting. You will contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality evidence that supports life-changing therapies.
Accountabilities:
Support end-to-end clinical project execution by assisting Clinical Project Managers in study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare, review, and maintain study documentation, reports, presentations, and project trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance with study requirements.
- Interpret clinical protocols and imaging study requirements to support operational execution and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track study progress, resolve queries, and follow up on missing data or outstanding actions.
- Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and internal discussions, contributing to clear communication of project status updates.
- Support logistics and operational workflows, including tracking of study materials, documentation flow, and site-facing deliverables.
- Assist with financial and administrative tasks such as scope updates, invoice reconciliation support, forecasting inputs, and database maintenance.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and, when required, act as interim support for project management responsibilities during absences.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, with exposure to medical imaging, oncology studies, or regulated clinical environments being highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for reporting, documentation, and analysis tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently with global stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task ownership and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional and global teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with an associate degree as a minimum qualification, along with 2+ years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or healthcare-related project environments.
