This senior data engineering and analytics role focuses on building and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines that ensure reliable data integration across enterprise environments.
You will play a key role in transforming raw data into structured, high-quality information that supports business intelligence, governance, and strategic decision-making.
The position involves working with large-scale data ecosystems, ensuring data integrity, availability, and consistency across multiple platforms and systems.
You will contribute to data governance initiatives, including quality, metadata management, cataloging, and master data management practices.
A strong focus will be placed on improving data reliability and enabling secure, compliant, and well-documented data processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly digital and collaborative environment, working remotely with modern data technologies.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration, transformation, and orchestration across enterprise systems.
  • Build, test, troubleshoot, and migrate data workflows, jobs, and data mapping processes to ensure reliable execution.
  • Implement and support data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with information management policies and standards.
  • Work on data quality, metadata management, data cataloging, and master data management (MDM) initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency across business-critical data environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data processes, identify issues, and optimize performance of data pipelines.
  • Support data security, privacy, and compliance requirements within enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
    • Strong experience with ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, Data Quality, and TDM tools.
    • Solid experience with relational databases such as Teradata, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data processing and automation.
    • Experience implementing data governance policies, standards, and frameworks in enterprise environments.
    • Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data pipelines.
    • Knowledge of data quality, metadata, and MDM concepts is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with tools like CKAN, IBM Cloud Pak for Data, and Watson Knowledge Catalog is a plus.
    • Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK and COBIT frameworks is considered a strong differential.
