UX Designer, Google Ads Acquisitions

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.
Within the Google Ads Advertising Platform (AP), the Acquisitions UX team empowers small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to find new customers and achieve profitable growth.
US: $132000 - $190000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in designing for AI-driven or conversational scenarios, as well as utilizing AI tools to streamline your own design workflow (e.g., accelerating prototyping or synthesizing workshops).
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple engineering teams and time zones, effectively collaborating to align on expectations and project goals.
- Ability to analyze situations from a broader system level, with the potential and desire to lead complex product redesigns (like a future Onebox overhaul).
