This is a high-impact creative role focused on turning raw footage into compelling, performance-driven video content for digital marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for producing scroll-stopping ads and short-form content designed to engage audiences across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
The work sits at the intersection of storytelling and conversion, where creative decisions directly influence real business outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and account managers in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Speed, experimentation, and iteration are central to the workflow, with multiple creative variations often required for testing and optimization.

Accountabilities:
- Edit high-performing video ads for paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital channels, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Produce short-form content including Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and other social-first video formats tailored to platform-specific best practices.
- Transform raw footage into polished, brand-aligned marketing assets with strong narrative flow and pacing.
- Develop multiple creative variations of the same concept to support A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Enhance videos with captions, motion graphics, and visual effects to improve clarity, retention, and viewer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, copywriting, design, and account management to deliver cohesive campaign outputs.
- Proven experience in video editing for digital marketing, social media, or advertising content (agency experience is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and platform-specific editing techniques that drive viewer retention.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
