Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery and research through to delivery and implementation across a complex digital platform.
  • Translate multifaceted workflows into clear, intuitive, and user-centered experiences for creators, publishers, and other stakeholders.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction models and product vision.
  • Define, build, and evolve scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards for a growing platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to shape solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Contribute to product strategy through strong product thinking, user empathy, and a deep understanding of creator workflows.
  • Advocate for UX excellence, usability, and consistency while balancing speed and iterative product development.
  • Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in product design for digital products, with a particular strength in simplifying complex, workflow-driven environments. You should be comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts and collaborating across multiple disciplines.

    • Strong background in workflow-heavy or dashboard-based applications with complex user journeys.
    • Experience designing analytics-driven interfaces and data-rich product experiences.
    • Background in startup or early-stage product environments with evolving requirements.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking and execution.
    • Excellent UX and product thinking with the ability to simplify complexity into elegant solutions.
    • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
    • Systems-thinking mindset with experience contributing to or building design systems.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering teams.
    • High ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in iterative development cycles.
    • Nice to have:

      • Experience in media, publishing, creator economy, or content platforms.
