  • Define and execute user research strategies such as interviews, usability testing, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate product intent and interaction flows.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Advocate for user experience excellence in roadmap planning and strategic product discussions.
  • Maintain and evolve scalable design systems with a focus on accessibility, consistency, and performance.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Lead and mentor other designers, contributing to a strong culture of craft, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of product design experience, including work on complex enterprise or large-scale digital products.
    • Proven experience leading multi-team design initiatives with measurable product and business impact.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user-centered design work across complex systems.
    • Expertise in UX and UI design, including interaction design, visual systems, and scalable design patterns.
    • Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma and other modern design/prototyping platforms.
    • Strong user research skills, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of insights into design decisions.
    • Experience working in Agile environments alongside engineering and product teams.
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and executive-level decisions.
    • Experience contributing to or leading design systems at an organizational scale.
    • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
    • Comfort working with ambiguity and balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
    • Experience mentoring mid- and senior-level designers.
    • Exposure to AI-driven design tools or front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation with a salary range of $101,167 to $204,439 annually
      • Performance-based bonus opportunities and incentive programs
      • Flexible remote work across the United States
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
      • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, company holidays, and volunteer days
      • Professional development and education assistance programs
