Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or stages within the product lifecycle. The role includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand project needs and applying a comprehensive understanding of technologies, methodologies, and processes to deliver effective solutions. This position requires continuous engagement with project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and to support the overall success of the software development efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Document software configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience in scheduling and project management software integration.
- Ability to customize and configure Oracle Primavera P6 to meet specific project needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to software development and configuration.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Capability to analyze and optimize workflows within Oracle Primavera P6 environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Primavera P6.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
