The position focuses on leveraging both private and public cloud technologies to support innovative business goals and enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous monitoring of migration progress are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor migration processes to ensure minimal disruption and optimal resource utilization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- Experience in managing database performance, backup, recovery, and security in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and migration tools related to Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues during and after migration.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline database administration tasks.
- Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery solutions in cloud platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
