As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, assisting in the definition of application requirements, and contributing to the design of software solutions that align with organizational goals. The role includes engaging in discussions to refine project objectives, supporting the development process by providing insights into application functionality, and ensuring that the designed applications effectively address the intended business processes. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous communication with team members to facilitate smooth project progression and successful delivery of software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of custom software applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience with cloud-based application platforms and services.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with integration tools and APIs within the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
