- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document software designs, processes, and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TWS Administration.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting within complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance for scalability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TWS Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
