As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously enhancing system functionalities and performance, contributing to the overall success of projects through innovative and reliable software development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-Accessibility Tester
-End to end testing of Accessibility enhancements
-Maintain test suites in Agile teams
-Debug/troubleshoot failures
-NVDA/Axe/AQA in depth knowledge
-CI/CD Pipeline: Uses Playwright for interaction testing, axe-core for WCAG 2.2 AA audits, and Lighthouse for high-level audits
-Core Java

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
