Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding and mentoring teams throughout the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on delivering solutions that are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Materials Management modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as Finance and Production Planning.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
