- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong experience in designing and developing data integration workflows and mappings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data transformation processes.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
- Experience in performance tuning and debugging within Informatica environments.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
