We're looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join Accenture Song in Denmark and help our clients reinvent the way they connect with their customers — combining deep platform expertise with the creativity, speed, and AI fluency that define Song.

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Agentforce, leveraging Salesforce Data 360, Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components to extend agent capabilities.
• Configure and customize agent subagents, actions, and instructions to align with client business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Integrate Agentforce with external systems and data sources via APIs (REST/SOAP) to enable grounded, context-aware agent responses.
• Apply prompt engineering and testing practices to ensure agents are accurate, reliable, and safe in production.
• Collaborate with experience designers, business architects, and client stakeholders to turn customer experience ambitions into scalable, agentic technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, code quality, and reusable components across projects.
• Stay current with the fast-evolving Salesforce and Agentforce roadmap, bringing new capabilities back to clients and the team — and to the wider Song studio.

• Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Custom Lightning Types, SOQL, Flows, and data modeling.
• Practical experience with or strong interest in Agentforce, Data 360, and applied AI/LLM concepts (prompt engineering, RAG, agent testing and evaluation).
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or Agentforce Specialist are a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams, with solid communication skills in English (Danish is a plus, not a requirement).
• A consultative mindset — you enjoy understanding client business problems, not just writing code.
• Experience mentoring or leading smaller technical teams or workstreams, consistent with a Business Architecture Associate Manager level of seniority.
