Your Impact

Drive technology design, implementation, and optimization for enterprise projects to accelerate critical customer outcomes. Translate complex business requirements into robust R&S, SDA, and SD-WAN solution architectures to meet evolving enterprise needs. Act as a technical focal point for cross-functional teams to ensure the rapid resolution of sophisticated network issues and compatibility challenges. Mentor junior engineers and curate best practices to improve delivery efficiency through automation and scripting. Partner with clients in a consultative manner to influence solution architectures, demonstrate ROI, and drive successful technology transitions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Enterprise Network Architecture, specifically Routing & Switching.
  • Hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting Cisco SD-Access (SDA) and SD-WAN solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and Ansible for network automation and delivery efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments including Security, Firewalls, Wireless, and Data Center/Nexus technologies.
  • Proven ability to facilitate design workshops and lead technical conversations with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent technical writing skills, with a track record of producing high-quality HLD/LLD documents and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers during challenging technical situations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
