Your Impact
Lead and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of complex mobile wireless solutions to accelerate critical customer outcomes. Translate intricate business requirements into robust high-level and low-level designs for 4G/5G packet core architectures. Act as a technical focal point for cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and rapid resolution of sophisticated technical and compatibility issues. Mentor junior engineers and curate best practices to improve team delivery efficiency and technical capabilities. Partner with clients in a consultative manner to influence solution architectures, demonstrate ROI, and drive successful technology transitions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8–10 years of professional experience in the technical lifecycle (Planning, Design, Implementation, Optimization) of Mobile Wireless Solutions.
- Proficiency in end-to-end mobility architectures, specifically 4G/5G mobile packet core (LTE & 5GC) and virtualized applications (VNFs/CNFs).
- Hands-on experience with Cloud and Virtualization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and Cisco VIM.
- Solid grasp of 3GPP standards and call flows for both 4G and 5G networks.
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), test plans, and Methods of Procedure (MOP).
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with 5G Core components (SMF/UPF/AMF/PCF) and associated call flows.
- Experience working with public cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to build relationships with customer representatives at various levels.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed, multi-cultural global team.
- Strong leadership experience in mentoring others and driving high-visibility, complex strategic projects.
