Act as a technical focal point for cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and rapid resolution of major customer problems across diverse technology domains. Mentor junior engineers and curate best practices to improve team efficiency and technical capabilities. Partner with clients in a consultative manner to address business challenges and demonstrate ROI while resolving complex technical issues. Create and deliver technical documentation, training, and collateral to facilitate knowledge transfer and drive customer technology transitions.
