Your Impact
Drive technology design, optimization / implementation, execution for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies.
Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design.
Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate issues.
Build and deliver customer collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
Align with and support company policies and processes and utilize relevant tools to efficiently execute the role and support Professional Services’ strategies and goals.
Play the role of an individual contributor.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires BE/B.Tech/BSC Computer Science or equivalent 6+ plus years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of at least one Customer Vertical / IT industry
Expert at software programmability, automation, orchestration and/or virtualization
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Developing ability to function in ambiguous circumstances. Shares information and communicates clearly with worldwide team members to improve team effectiveness.
Demonstrates expertise on relevant technology and software delivery methods like Agile, DevOps and SDLC.
Expertise
Exposure to Software design principles(design patterns) and Expertise in Object Oriented Programming concepts, Expertise in programming using Java/Python
Good exposure to Unit testing framework like Junit
Good knowledge of parsing and REGEX
knowledge of Version control systems
Experience in Linux/Unix environment
Basic knowledge of Relational Databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL
Experience in developing ReSTFul Web Services using XML/JSON
Good analytical and problem solving skills and knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures
Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle with good working exposure to agile development methodologies
Experience in working with external customers/stakeholders
Exposure to DevOps concepts & tools
Preferred Qualifications
Desirable to have experience in NETCONF, RESTCONF & Yang modelling
Desirable to have exposure to Networking concepts
