Role Summary We are seeking a high-performing, strategic Account Executive to lead our Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) market expansion initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our converged networking and security solutions across a designated portfolio of accounts. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey by bridging the gap between traditional network architectures and modern, cloud-native security models. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who thrives in complex sales environments and possesses a deep understanding of the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Alignment: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that identify high-potential opportunities for SASE integration. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to position our solutions as the cornerstone of their security strategy.
- Align with Sales Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with regional sales managers, systems engineers, and channel partners to orchestrate a unified go-to-market approach. Provide subject matter expertise to assist the broader team in navigating technical objections and complex procurement cycles.
- Drive SASE Value Realization: Move beyond product features by articulating the business value of SASE, focusing on operational efficiency, risk reduction, and improved user experience. Lead demonstrations and workshops that showcase the tangible ROI of our integrated platform.
- Customer Insights: Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback on product performance and market requirements. Relay these insights to product management and marketing teams to influence our roadmap and ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Market Capture: Actively prospect within assigned territories to identify greenfield opportunities and displace legacy point solutions. Maintain a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue and growth targets.
Necessary Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record of selling cloud-based networking or security solutions.
- Demonstrable expertise in SASE, SD-WAN, SSE (Security Service Edge), or Zero Trust architecture.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for executive-level audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex deal structures, including multi-year contracts and large-scale enterprise deployments.
- A self-starter mentality with a history of success in competitive market environments and a commitment to continuous learning in the cybersecurity space.
