Responsibilities:
 
  • Deeply understand business requirements, author technical proposals and system designs, and lead the team to achieve business objectives;
  • Responsible for the planning, development, and optimization of shared technical components, driving their adoption into business applications; analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex issues, and perform system performance tuning;
  • Explore emerging industry technologies and approaches to strengthen the company's technical capabilities.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field;
  • 5+ years of backend development experience, with 2+ years of architecture experience in Golang;
  • Proficient in commonly used Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures, with deep understanding of their characteristics and underlying implementation;
  • Skilled in API development with a solid understanding of concurrency principles; experience building high-concurrency, high-load systems;
  • Familiar with distributed systems; proficient in mainstream service frameworks and message middleware, with understanding of their implementation principles;
  • Strong logical thinking and business comprehension skills; good coding practices with clean structure and consistent naming conventions;
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes automation or hands-on DevOps implementation is a plus.
