Senior Data Analyst - Loan Product & Customer

Analyze loan user behavior across the full lifecycle — from application, approval/rejection, disbursement, repayment patterns, to delinquency signals and churn

Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track Loan product performance, portfolio health, and key customer indicators (e.g., approval rate, utilization rate, repayment rate, NPL)

Conduct deep-dive analyses on Loan product performance, including draw-down trends, repayment flows, rollover/extension behavior, interest yield, and user retention

Identify high-value and high-risk user segments, model credit behavior and LTV, and provide data-driven recommendations to support loan product design, credit strategy, and risk appetite optimization

Monitor data quality and integrity across loan and customer systems, identifying and resolving metric discrepancies and anomalies

Support business, product, and risk teams with ad-hoc data requests, A/B test analysis, and impact assessments for new loan products, features, and campaigns

Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for Loan and customer-related datasets

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product, risk, finance, and compliance — to define metrics, align on data definitions, and standardize reporting

Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support user acquisition, loan utilization growth, and portfolio monetization strategies

Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role

Background in lending products, consumer finance, credit risk, or fintech required

Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or R)

Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)

Solid understanding of user lifecycle analysis — acquisition, activation, retention, delinquency, and LTV modeling

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable working across different timezones

Familiarity with crypto lending products — collateralized loans, margin lending, flexible/fixed credit lines, or DeFi lending mechanisms

Experience with credit scoring, risk modeling, or collections analysis

Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning techniques applied to credit/loan scenarios
-
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital asset platform, or neobank with lending capabilities
