In this role, at Google Cloud Platform (GCP), you will be building the foundational infrastructure for the AI-Native Agentic Cloud to solve enterprise "Ecosystem Sprawl" and ungoverned "Shadow AI." As companies shift from isolated chatbots to complex, autonomous agents, we are developing the Agent and Skill Registries to serve as a unified control plane across Google Cloud, Workspace, and Gemini. You will acti as the definitive single source of truth as this connective tissue allows agents to dynamically discover one another, negotiate tasks, and securely execute enterprise skills and Model Context Protocol servers at scale.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++ or Go.
- 8 years of experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
- 5 years of experience with Cloud.
- 3 years of experience with Graph Algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience with Storage, Networking, Security or Distributed Databases.
