About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage transportation strategies and operational plans to meet business objectives and customer demands.
• Oversee daily logistics and transportation activities, including route planning, scheduling, vehicle allocation, and driver management.
• Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Manage and optimize relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage the transportation budget, seeking opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Implement and manage transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant technologies.
• Address and resolve complex transportation issues, including delays, damages, and customer complaints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as warehousing, sales, and procurement to ensure seamless operations.

Job Qualifications
 

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in transportation operations management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing complex transportation networks.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Polish native proficiency required, English business work proficiency required
