We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Consultant with strong expertise in Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications, integration scenarios, and extensions for SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP services 

*Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop applications using SAP BTP CAP model and Node.js/Java frameworks. 

• Build OData services, REST APIs, and integrate with SAP and non-SAP systems. 

• Develop extensions for SAP S/4HANA leveraging BTP services. 

• Implement security concepts (authentication, authorization) in BTP applications. 

• Work on SAP HANA Cloud database modeling and data persistence in CAP applications. 

• Configure and manage BTP services such as SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAP Business Application Studio, Destination Service, and Connectivity Service. 

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. 

• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure compliance with SAP best practices. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BTP applications and integrations.

*Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• 7–10 years of overall SAP experience with at least 3+ years in SAP BTP CAP development. 

• Strong knowledge of CAP model, Node.js, and Java development. 

• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud, OData services, and REST APIs. 

• Familiarity with SAP UI5/Fiori for front-end development. 

• Understanding of cloud architecture, multi-tenant applications, and DevOps practices. 

• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Foundry environment. 

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

 *Mandatory Skill sets: BTP/CAP, FIORI/ABAP-RAP, S4HANA 

Preferred Skill sets: 

• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, and Kyma runtime. 

• Experience in SAP BTP security and identity management. 

• SAP certification in SAP BTP Extension Suite or CAP model 

Years of Experience required: 7-10 years of experience 

Education qualification: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering
