Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, software, and process domains
- Support tool installation, qualification, and new site start-ups
- Collaborate with R&D and global teams to resolve technical escalations
- Provide on-site customer support to ensure tool performance and uptime
- Mentor field engineers and support technical knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or related fields)
- 3~6+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment or manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience
- Fast learner, able to work independently in dynamic customer environments
- Open to candidates from diverse technical backgrounds (not limited to TPS)
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%–50% based on business and customer needs
