This is a high-impact engineering role focused on designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions that transform how internal business teams operate. You will work at the intersection of AI, systems integration, and workflow automation to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency at scale. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Finance, People, and Client Operations to identify opportunities for automation and build reliable end-to-end solutions. You will leverage modern automation platforms, APIs, and AI-driven tools to connect enterprise systems and streamline data flows. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex process challenges and building scalable, production-grade automation systems. You will play a key role in shaping how automation and AI are applied across the organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable automation workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational accuracy across multiple business functions.
  • Leverage AI, machine learning concepts, and modern automation tools to solve complex operational problems and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People, Client Operations, and G&A functions) to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Jira, HRIS, ERP, and other internal platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop robust, well-documented, and maintainable automation solutions with strong error handling, monitoring, and testing practices.
  • Continuously monitor automation performance, identify bottlenecks, and iterate to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Support the evolution of internal automation frameworks and contribute to best practices for scalable system design.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, software engineering, or a related technical role, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments.
    • Strong proficiency with automation platforms such as Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
    • Solid programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript, with experience building APIs and integrations.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data models, APIs, and integration patterns (ability to configure and troubleshoot workflows is essential).
    • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Jira, HRIS, ERP, and finance tools.
    • Experience with AI/ML tools and LLM-based automation solutions is highly valued.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and elegant solutions for complex processes.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with agent-building tools such as Agentforce (or similar platforms) is a strong plus.
    • Self-starter mindset, with curiosity for automation, AI, and continuous improvement.
