What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and mission-ready:
Supporting and maintaining complex IT systems and networks
Monitoring system health and responding to issues in real time
Troubleshooting across infrastructure, networks, and hardware
Performing upgrades, patching, and continuous system improvements
Managing user access, security controls, and system integrity
Working closely with engineering and operational teams to keep systems running at peak performance

About you:
Australian Citizenship is required
You must be holding a current NV1 or NV2 AGSVA security clearance
Degree or certificate in Communication and Information Systems and or IT OR 3+ years in practical experience
Experience in Systems Administration or IT Support (L2/L3 level)
Strong knowledge of Windows environments and infrastructure
This position required a Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance. You must either currently hold or be eligible to hold this level clearance.
Note: As a Defence security clearance (TSPV) is required for this role, you will need to be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, so your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
