As an LMS Administrator on the Workato Academy team, you will own the administration, optimisation, and governance of our Docebo LMS — ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for our customers, partners, and internal teams.
You will work at the intersection of platform operations and learner experience, going beyond basic administration to improve how learners discover, access, and engage with content. You will partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maximise platform capabilities and drive meaningful customer education outcomes.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Platform Administration & Governance: Manage day-to-day LMS operations including user management, learning plans, and access controls. Handle support tickets, troubleshoot platform issues, and liaise with Docebo support as needed.
Customer & Partner Education: Configure and optimize the LMS to support the goals of external-facing education — ensuring a seamless experience across self-paced and instructor-led training, certification programs, and multi-audience environments.
Learner Experience & Content Discovery: Continuously improve how learners navigate, search, and access content — reducing friction and ensuring the right content reaches the right learner at the right time. Drive engagement through personalisation and intelligent content surfacing.
Integrations & Automation: Support integrations between Docebo and key business systems. Identify opportunities to automate platform workflows and leverage AI capabilities to improve platform operations and learner experience.
Data & Reporting: Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track learner engagement and platform performance. Support analytics integrations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Vendor Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact with Docebo for support escalations, feature requests, and platform updates — staying current with the product roadmap and new releases.
Content Organisation: Maintain a well-structured course catalogue — including metadata, taxonomy, and content tagging — to ensure content is easy to find and manage as the library scales.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Docebo updates and proactively propose improvements to platform configuration, learner experience, and operational workflows.
5+ years of experience in customer education, L&D, learning operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years of hands-on Docebo administration experience.
Proven experience managing an LMS for customer education, with strong understanding of multi-audience portal configuration and external learner engagement. Experience administering both self-paced and ILT programs is essential.
Strong knowledge of Docebo platform capabilities and the ability to optimise and configure them to achieve customer education and business goals.
A learner experience mindset — able to improve how content is surfaced, discovered, and consumed.
Experience setting up learner engagement campaigns — including gamification and other features that drive course completion.
Proficiency in building custom reports; experience connecting LMS data to BI or analytics tools.
Familiarity with platform UI/UX customisation — including widgets and page layouts; CSS and HTML knowledge is a strong plus.
Comfortable with flexible working hours to support collaboration across global time zones.
Experience with integrations between Docebo and business systems, including Docebo Connect, or enterprise orchestration software (e.g. Workato).
Experience leveraging AI to improve learner and admin experience.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
Docebo Pro certification.
Background in SaaS platform enablement.
